  • 1 pot of water
  • 4 egg
  • 2 slice white toast bread or any bread
  • 1 dash light soy sauce
  • 1 dash salt and pepper

    bring pot of water to a boil then off heat then add egg and cover lid for full 5 minute 30 minute to 6 minute depending on the size of the eggs and pot

    remove eggs and cool it with runny water to stop further cooking

    OPTION 01 ..serve soft boil egg as dipper with toasted bread

    OPTION 2 serve soft boil egg with fresh cucumber stick

    OPTION 3 serve sodt boil egg with a dash light soy sauce and fried shallot
