  • 1 12 tablespoons yeast
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 34 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg, beaten

    Warm milk and butter to 100-120F.

    In a small bowl, combine milk mixture, yeast, sugar, and egg.
