  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

    Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan. Put all ingredients except vanilla in a heavy pot. Cook over medium heat, stir until it comes to a boil. Cook until 244°, remove from heat, stir in vanilla and pour into pan. Keep refrigerated.
