- 0.5 (300 ml) canregular eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12 cups hot water
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 eggs, slightly beten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine Eagle Brand, water and salt in top of double boiler; gradually stir in eggs.

2Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 20 minutes.

3Remove from heat at once.

4Cool quickly in a pan of cold water.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Pour into 4 dessert dishes.

7Chill.
