  • 0.5 (300 ml) canregular eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 12 cups hot water
  • 14 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 eggs, slightly beten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    Combine Eagle Brand, water and salt in top of double boiler; gradually stir in eggs.

    Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly, until mixture coats a spoon, about 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat at once.

    Cool quickly in a pan of cold water.

    Stir in vanilla.

    Pour into 4 dessert dishes.

    Chill.
