  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 c. flour
  • coarse salt (regular salt is okay)
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Soften yeast in water. Mix all ingredients, except egg and salt.

    Knead dough and shape into 12 large or more smaller pretzels.
