  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 soft tortillas
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) bottle Tostitos Salsa Con Queso (mild or spicy)
  • 1 c. shredded cheese mix (Mexican mix with yellow and white cheese)
  • sour cream (if desired)

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Brown beef in 10-inch skillet on stove top, breaking into dime-size or smaller pieces; drain well.

    Stir in seasoning mix and 1 cup water.

    Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5
    Reduce heat to medium-high.
  6. 6
    Simmer for 4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  7. 7
    Stir in Salsa Con Queso thoroughly.
