- 1/2 c. plain flour
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. milk
- 1 egg
- salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

2Heat lightly greased 6-inch skillet.

3Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each shell.

4Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.

5Brown on one side, flip and brown other side.

6Keep warm until served.

7Serve with your favorite taco ingredients and sauce.
