- 1 1/2 lb. sole fillets
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
Directions

1Place fish in baking dish so they fit snugly.

2Prepare a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, wine, parsley and rosemary.

3Mix all ingredients and pour over fish.

4Add salt and pepper.

5Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until fish barely begins to flake.

6Serves 4 to 6.
