  • 1 1/2 lb. sole fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1/2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried

Directions

    Place fish in baking dish so they fit snugly.

    Prepare a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, wine, parsley and rosemary.

    Mix all ingredients and pour over fish.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350° or until fish barely begins to flake.
