  • 15 1/2 oz can of potatoes diced
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
  • 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup sr flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 cup margarine

    Heat oil in pan wash and cut woody end off asparagus add to pan

    Cut zucchini into bite sized pieces drain potatoes add to pan crack pepper add salt and garlic stir

    Add margarine let cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally

    Add flour make a roux with the vegetables included

    Add milk except quarter cup

    Let thicken if to thick add quarter cup of milk let cook just about 3 minutes let sit 3 minutes serve hope you enjoy
