- 12 slices French bread
- 10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 c. ham, cubed
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- 1 can green chilies, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 3 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1 stick butter or oleo
Directions

1Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.

2Line with 6 slices of bread. Top with ham, cheese, seasonings and chilies.

3Beat eggs; add milk.

4Add to top 6 slices of bread to pan and pour milk-egg mixture over all.

5Saute cornflakes in butter and top casserole. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350°.

6Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
