  • 12 slices French bread
  • 10 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 c. ham, cubed
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 can green chilies, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 3 c. crushed cornflakes
  • 1 stick butter or oleo

    Spray 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam.

    Line with 6 slices of bread. Top with ham, cheese, seasonings and chilies.

    Beat eggs; add milk.

    Add to top 6 slices of bread to pan and pour milk-egg mixture over all.

    Saute cornflakes in butter and top casserole. Bake covered 30 minutes at 350°.

    Uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
