Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 medium green pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (14 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder with parsley
- 1/4 tsp. crushed thyme
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Directions

1In large heavy skillet, melt margarine and saute bell pepper, onion and celery.

2Add remaining ingredients except shrimp; blend well.

3Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

5Serve over hot fluffy rice.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
