- 1/8 c. butter
- 2 to 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 c. water or broth
- 1/8 c. light cream
- salt and pepper (optional)
Directions

1Heat butter and stew vegetables for 6 minutes gently.

2Add potatoes and water and simmer for 25 minutes.
