  • Rohu (freshwater fish found in Bengal, India) - 8 pieces
  • Mustard Oil to fry the fish
  • Mustard seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Green Chillies - 6 - 8
  • Garlic - 5-6 pods
  • Tomatoes - 1 medium
  • Turmeric (Haldi)- 1/2 tps
  • Salt to taste
