  • 3 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons (must use Pepperidge Farms)

Directions

    Combine first 6 ingredients; pour in souffle dish and top with croutons.

    Bake at 350° until bubbly.
