- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. bell pepper
- 1/4 c. green onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel brand tomatoes
- 1 lb. peeled deveined shrimp
- Tony's Creole seasoning
Directions

1Skin and disjoint rabbit.

2Marinate overnight in enough red wine to cover, two pods garlic, olive oil, spices and a little thyme and bay leaf.

3Make a roux and in it fry rabbit pieces. Simmer for 1 hour or until tender on a slow fire with some of the strained marinade.

4Serves 4.
