Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. drained mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 oz.) can consomme soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. cooked noodles or rice

Directions

    Dust meat in flour and pepper.

    Brown in melted butter. Add mushrooms,

    onion and garlic.

    When meat is browned, stir in soup. Cover

    and cook 1 hour.

    Stir in sour cream and heat 5 minutes. Serve over noodles.
