  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. chopped, peeled cooking apples
  • 2 unbaked pie shells (9-inch, deep dish)
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
