- 2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

2Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of coarse crumbs.

3Mix in sour cream, stirring to form soft dough.

4Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.

5Roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

6Cut with floured 2-inch biscuit cutter.

7Place on ungreased baking sheet.

8Bake at 425° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

9Makes 2 dozen.
