  • 2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.

    Cut in butter until mixture is consistency of coarse crumbs.

    Mix in sour cream, stirring to form soft dough.

    Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.

    Roll or pat dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

    Cut with floured 2-inch biscuit cutter.

    Place on ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 425° for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
