  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. Crisco oil
  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Combine corn, sour cream, eggs and salad oil.

    Beat well. Combine corn meal and baking powder.
