  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1 small can cream-style corn

Directions

    Beat eggs in bowl and add 1/2 cup oil, sour cream and corn meal.

    Fold in cream-style corn.

    Bake in preheated skillet with a little oil in it at 350° to 375° until brown.
