- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 small can cream-style corn
Directions

1Beat eggs in bowl and add 1/2 cup oil, sour cream and corn meal.

2Fold in cream-style corn.

3Bake in preheated skillet with a little oil in it at 350° to 375° until brown.
