- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Pour 1/4 cup of the corn oil into baking dish and warm in preheated 450° oven.

2Mix remaining ingredients, including the remaining 1/4 cup corn oil.

3Pour mixture into heated baking dish. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 400° until brown, approximately 40 minutes.
