- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. half and half
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut in 12 strips
Directions

1Wilt onion in butter.
