- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 c. plain flour
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place butter in a small pan and bring to a boil.

2Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and sugar.

3Cool to lukewarm.

4Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.

5Stir in sour cream mixture. Add eggs.

6Combine flour and salt; gradually add to yeast mixture. Mix well.

7Cover and let rise to double size, about 1 hour. Punch down; shape into rolls.

8Let rise to double size again. Bake at 350° until brown.
