- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Stir in flour, 2 cups water and sugar.

3Beat until smooth.

4Cover and let stand at room temperature until bubbly.

5This may take more than one day, so stir 2 or 3 times daily, then refrigerate.

6This needs to be renewed every 4 to 10 days.
