- 3 strips bacon
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.

2Saute onion in bacon fat until transparent.

3Drain beans, reserving liquid. Combine vinegar, sugar and bean liquid and pour over beans and onion in baking dish.

4Microwave or heat in medium oven, covered.

5Sprinkle bacon over beans prior to serving.
