  • Starter Mix:
  • 1 1/4 Cups Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Instant Potato Flakes (every 3rd Time)
  • Finishing Mix:
  • 1/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • 1 1/2 Cup Water

Mix second half with Finishing Mix ingredients. Add enough flour to make dough (5-7 cups). Knead on counter for about 15-20 minutes. Cover and raise in warm area for about 4-5 hours. Punch dough down, shape into rolls, loaves, etc. and raise about 2-3 hours until doubled. Bake at 335 degrees."}
