- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 6 cup bread flour
- 1 tbsp salt
Directions

1Combine ingredients in large bowl to make stiff batter.

2Grease another large bowl

3Put dough in and turn it over, putting oily side on top.

4Cover lightly with foil and let stand overnight.

5DO NOT REFRIGERATE

6Next morning, punch down dough

7Kneading a little; divide dough in 3 parts

8Knead each part on floored surface.

9Turn 8 to 20 times
-
10Put in 3 greased loaf pans and brush with oil

11Let stand 4 to 5 hours ( all day is best)

12Dough rises slowly
-
13Cover with waxed paper while rising
-
14Bake at 350* for 30 min
-
15Remove from pan and brush with butter
-
16Cool on rack
-
17Wrap well and store in refrigerator
