- 7 c. fresh ground rye flour
- 7 c. fresh ground whole wheat flour
- 2 cartons plain yogurt
- 2 pkg. Fleischman's yeast (prove yeast in 1/8 c. warm water and 1 tsp. sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 3 c. skim milk
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and knead vigorously and long.

2After a few minutes, it should form a ball that holds together.

3If sticky, add flour, a handful at a time.

4If too dry and stiff, add skim milk.

5Use either a kneader pot or by hand on a floured board.
