- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 6 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 2 c. warm water
Directions

1To begin your starter, mix the 1 c. sugar, dry yeast, 6 Tbsp. instant potatoes and warm water in a glass jar, cover with paper towel and rubber band.

2Let stand at room temperature for 48 hours. Remove desired amount for baking and store remainder in the refrigerator.
