- 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
- 1 c. warm water
Directions

1Mix well.

2Add to starter.

3Let stand out of refrigerator 6 to 8 hours.

4Take out 1 cup and save 1 cup to put in refrigerator. After 3 to 5 days, make again.

5If not making bread, throw away 1 cup of starter.
