- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Soften yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.

2Stir in flour, 2 cups warm water and sugar.

3Beat until smooth.

4Cover and let stand at room temperature for 5 to 10 days or until bubbly.

5Stir 2 or 3 times daily.

6Refrigerate.

7Use at room temperature.
