- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. potato flakes
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
Directions

1Mix all ingredients.

2Cover for 1 day.

3Stir and pour into quart jar with holes in lid so it can breath.

4Refrigerate for 2-3 days before using. To feed starter pour into bowl and add the same amounts of sugar, potato flakes and warm water.

5Let set 8-12 hours.

6Take out one cup and put the rest back in a jar in the refrigerator.

7May feed every 3-7 days.
