  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can regular corn
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Directions

    Mix in bowl the corn and cornbread mix.

    Beat eggs and add to mixture.

    Melt margarine and add margarine and sour cream.
  4. 4
    Mix well by hand until all lumps are gone.

    Pour into casserole dish or pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and knife inserted comes out clean.
