- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can regular corn
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Mix in bowl the corn and cornbread mix.

2Beat eggs and add to mixture.

3Melt margarine and add margarine and sour cream.

4Mix well by hand until all lumps are gone.

5Pour into casserole dish or pan.

6Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until set and knife inserted comes out clean.
