- 2 c. plain flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 c. diet oleo
- 3/4 c. skim milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Sift the flour, salt and baking powder together.

3Cut in oleo until well mixed with first ingredients, then add milk.

4Knead several times.

5Roll out on lightly floured board until about 1/2 inch thick.

6Cut with biscuit cutter or inverted glass or drop by spoonfuls.

7Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil or cookie sheet which has been well-greased.

8Bake until browned, approximately 13 to 14 minutes.

9Yields 16 biscuits.
