  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. Southern Comfort
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts

    Combine all ingredients except walnuts; beat at medium speed for two minutes.

    Stir in nuts.

    Pour into greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325° for one hour.

    Set on rack to cool. Invert on serving plate.

    Brush top and sides of cake with glaze.
