- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. bacon grease (shortening)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°. Rub iron skillet with bacon grease. Heat skillet. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl; stir well. Pour mixture into hot skillet and bake about 30 minutes or until sides look brown and crispy.
