- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- flour
- bread crumbs
- Parkay
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl and mix well.

2Shape mixture into 8 small cakes.

3Chill for several hours.

4Combine egg with 2 tablespoons water in bowl.

5Coat crab cakes with flour. Dip into egg mixture.

6Coat with bread crumbs.

7Saute over high heat in Parkay in skillet until golden brown.
