  • 2 lbs ground deer meat
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 tablespoon minced garlic or 12 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup cooking oil

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients except the oil in a bowl, and squeeze with your hands until evenly mixed.

    Shape into half-pound burgers (roughly a fist-sized ball of meat, flattened).

    Heat the oil in a medium skillet and fry the burgers, turning, until done (rare, medium, or well, depending on what you like).
