  • 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 tsp. salt (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • vegetable cooking oil

    Cut fish into serving-size pieces if fish fillets are large. Combine corn meal mixture.
