- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 2 c. oil (for frying)

1Wash chicken.

3Put flour, garlic salt and pepper in brown bag.

4Put chicken in brown bag and shake until well coated.

5Heat cooking oil until hot, usually 350°.

6Fry in deep fryer or cooker until golden brown; turn only once.

7Cook approximately 20 minutes.

8Drain on paper towels.
