  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. flour
  • salt to taste
  • pepper

Directions

    Season chicken pieces.

    Dip pieces into milk.

    Coat with flour.

    Dip into egg, then into flour again.

    Drop into deep fat heated to 350°.

    Fry for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on size of pieces.
