  • 6 ears uncooked corn on the cob
  • 1-2 tblsp. sugar (to taste)
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • salt & pepper to taste

    shuck corn and remove kernals from cob

    place in fry pan over medium heat

    add butter & sugar
  4. 4
    saute about 4-5 minutes until juice from corn thickens stirring constantly
