- 3 tbsp bacon grease
- 1/4 cup ap flour
- 3 cup milk
- 1 salt & pepper
Directions

1Heat grease in medium-sized frying pan on medium-high heat.

2Slowly whisk in flour to avoid lumps.

3Once all flour is mixed in, slowly whisk in milk (about 1/2 cup at a time).

4Allow milk to get hot before adding more.

5Once all milk is added, heat and whisk until gravy reaches desired thickness.

6Salt and pepper to taste.

7*Slowly whisk in more flour if too thin or more milk if too thick.

8I just eyeball the ingredients, but these measurements are really close.

9It took me a few tries years ago to get my gravy to perfection!
