Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp bacon grease
  • 1/4 cup ap flour
  • 3 cup milk
  • 1 salt & pepper

    Heat grease in medium-sized frying pan on medium-high heat.

    Slowly whisk in flour to avoid lumps.

    Once all flour is mixed in, slowly whisk in milk (about 1/2 cup at a time).

    Allow milk to get hot before adding more.

    Once all milk is added, heat and whisk until gravy reaches desired thickness.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    *Slowly whisk in more flour if too thin or more milk if too thick.

    I just eyeball the ingredients, but these measurements are really close.
