- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place pecan halves in bottom of pie shell.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Mix in corn syrup, sugar, margarine, vanilla and salt. Gently pour into pie shell.

4Bake at 400°

5for 15 minutes.

6Lower temperature to 350°

7and cook an additional 30 minutes.
