  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup i can't believe it's not butter! all purpose sticks
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 10 slices bread
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish or casserole; set aside.

    Beat eggs, granulated sugar, milk, 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) All Purpose Sticks, vanilla and salt in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in bread until evenly coated. Turn into prepared dish.

    Combine pecans, brown sugar and remaining 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) All Purpose Sticks in small bowl until blended. Evenly spoon topping over bread.

    Bake uncovered 50 minutes or until set. Serve warm and, if desired, with Breyers(R) Natural Vanilla Ice Cream.
