- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (8 3/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- ground cumin
Directions

1In a large skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.

2Brown chicken breasts on both sides.

3Add tomatoes with green chilie peppers, black beans and corn.

4Reduce heat and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

5Add a dash of cumin and serve.
