- 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
- 14 teaspoon ground cumin
- 12 teaspoon black pepper
Directions

1Place potato pieces in a large microwave-safe bowl.

2Cover bowlwith plastic wrap, and cut a 1 inch slit in center of plastic wrap.

3Microwave 10 minutes on high setting.

4Let stand 2 minutes.
