   Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

   Place half the tortilla pieces in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, overlapping as necessary to form even layer.

   Whisk eggs, milk, cumin and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended.

   Stir in chili cheese dogs, zucchini, peppers, chiles and 1 cup cheese; pour over tortilla layer in prepared dish.

   Top with remaining tortillas, completely covering egg mixture.

   Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

   Bake 35 to 40 min.

   or until center is set.

   Sprinkle with onions.
