- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- Garlic Herb Marinade
- 2 c. mixed bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 pkg. brown Success rice
- 1/3 jar Tomatillo Chutney (Berings, Houston)
- almond slivers
- 1 fresh lime
Directions

1Dice chicken; marinate in Garlic Herb Marinade for 35 to 45 minutes.

2Dice all vegetables.

3Saute, stir-fry chicken and marinade in skillet until cooked.

4Add vegetables and stir.

5Pour in precooked rice.

6Stir.

7Add 1/3 jar Tomatillo Chutney.

8Stir in until mixed.

9Garnish with almonds and squeeze lime juice over. Serve.
