Southwestern Bacon Omelet Sandwich

   Place bacon in shallow baking pan; sprinkle evenly with seasoning.

   Bake in 350F-convection oven for 8 to 10 min.

   or until crisp; drain well.

   Cook eggs on oiled 350F-flat top griddle 2 to 3 min.

   or until set, stirring frequently.

   For each serving: Place 2 cooked eggs on bottom half of each roll; top with 2 Tbsp.

   of the process cheese, 1 Tbsp.

   of the salsa and 2 of the bacon slices.

   Cover with top of roll.
